Our Fees

Full details of our fees are available on the above fees page of our website. All major credit cards are accepted at the practice. Invoices are issued following your appointment and must be settled within 14 days. In some cases, payment may be requested in advance of your appointment. Please note that if you fail to make any payment due to us by the due date, then we may require you to pay interest on the overdue amount.

DGA Health operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us on 0203 900 0132 or email reception@dgahealth.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please note that the full consultation fee will be charged, with no refund given, for cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time. This fee may be waived if the appointment is rescheduled within 7 calendar days and this is the first cancellation for that booking.

The full fee will apply for non-attendance. Please be aware that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may lose your appointment slot and the full consultation fee will apply. Due to the nature of general practice, appointments may occasionally run behind schedule. If your appointment is delayed by more than 30 minutes, you are welcome to rebook at no charge or continue to wait.

DGA Health does not accept direct payment from private medical insurance providers, as our services may not be covered under your health benefit plan or insurance coverage plan. You will be responsible for all fees incurred through your use of our services and any laboratory investigations or tests organised through us. Please contact your insurer directly regarding reimbursement, or speak with a member of our team if you have any questions.
