  • We accept referrals from a broad range of healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

    If your profession is not listed here but you believe a referral is appropriate, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Option One: Complete the online referral form in three simple steps, providing the necessary details to refer your patient quickly and securely. You can also upload and attach a referral letter or any relevant documents.

    Option Two: Alternatively, you can send a referral letter to our team at reception@dgahealth.com. Please ensure you have the patient’s consent and that all communications containing sensitive information are encrypted.

  • All referrals undergo a triage process to ensure that we provide the most appropriate care for each patient. After your referral is received:

    1. Triage Assessment: Our team will review the referral to determine the best course of action.

    2. Further Information: We may contact you to gather additional details if needed.

    3. Decision: You will be informed of the outcome. Please note that submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline a referral if deemed clinically inappropriate.
